We choose to not vaccinate our children. I urge you to research this important health issue as it should be a choice made by the parent. I spent years researching and gathering information about vaccines. The truth is 48 doses of 14 vaccines are given to our children routinely. I think there is something wrong with that and so I made an educated decision based on my best research not to use vaccines in my children.

There is already a wealth of vaccine information online. I'm going to provide resources to that information here. I will try and add to this page in the future. But for now here is some information to get you started.

The First Basic Things You Need to Know:

1. You do not have to vaccinate. Yes I know they tell you that you have to, but you do not. There are ways to get your children in school. (Most states it is very easy.)
2. Never vaccinate a sick child or a child with a history of reactions.
3. You can selectively vaccinate. You can pick and choose which vaccines and when to give them to your child.
4. If you have doubts about vaccinating then don't, keep researching. Take your time to make this choice.
5. If your doctor refuses to see you unless you vaccinate then get a new doctor. Your doctor works for you, not the other way around. As of 2006 the American Academy of Pediatrics now advises that doctors NOT kick patients out of their practice on grounds of questioning or refusing vaccination. In addition, it is outlined that doctors should work with parents to find a schedule that parents are more comfortable with. NOTE: In 2008 the AAP changed their status and now tells Dr's to aggressively treat parents and try and convince them to vaccinate. It is now 'okay' for Dr's to refuse to treat children who are not vaccinated :(
