Parmesan Potato Wedges
My family raves for this side dish!
4-6 med potatoes washed and cut into wedges

1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (enough to coat the potatoes evenly)

1 teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper (or to taste)

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon dry thyme, crushed

After potatoes are cut lengthwise into wedges in a large bowl combine cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder and thyme. Sprinkle mixture over potatoes covering evenly.

Spread potatoes on greased baking sheet and bake 375 for 35 minutes or until golden brown. May need turned over once during baking (I don't usually turn them)

Red Potatoes
prep time 15 min / cook time 45 min servings 6
-2 pounds small red potatoes cut in half (don't peel)
-3 tablespoon olive oil

Seasonings to taste:
-Garlic salt
-Fresh Ground Pepper
-Real Salt
-Dried rosemary, crushed
Dried Parsley
-Dried or minced fresh garlic

Directions: Preheat oven to 425.

Drizzle and coat seasonings and oil over potatoes.

Bake uncovered in a oiled dish 40-45 minutes. Turning halfway through baking.
Potatoes should be a light golden brown.
