Lots new! New pages, new layout, new web address, links to UC article I'm in, link to my new blog
I let my domain name lapse (birthandmotherhood) and lost the domain. I'm upset about it but torn about it too. I might try and get it back or come up with something new. I'm really unsure. I really need to delete this site and get a free site. But this site is so easy, fun, and has so much I like about it. Plus I don't want to save all the data. Which i should do anyway.
The 6 kids and I have been non-stop busy. Life is pretty good aside from too many bills (debts) we can't seem to get down to manageable levels. (Everyones life story!)
Our new location/house has been a lot of fun. We had nice gardens this year and I'm really excited about getting to grow all the things I always wanted. Ricky is really busy with work. Ricky and I started working out. This has been good for us but we are SORE and fitting another thing into our busy lives is an accomplishment. We have been so busy we really only get to have uninterrupted time together on the weekends. And even that's iffy LOL!
Oh, this year I'm excited to say I canned for the first time. Lots and lots of pickles, salsa, and soon apple pie filling. We also froze lots of things for winter: 15 quarts zucchini, 11 quarts peaches, 6 quarts grapes. It's a small start toward winter self sufficiency. I am excited to grow and can even more next year.
Recently Layla Sunday turned 5 (Aug 1), baby Sebastian is one year old now (turned 1 on Aug 23) and this month on the 30th Charlotte turns 13. Next month Penelope will be 3.

I have many changes I want to make on this site and divide it to more specific areas of interest. So if I keep it that's what I'll do. Not sure how I'll find the time or what will get left undone if I decide to pursue the changes. We'll see.
