Imagination, energy, and creativeness is at an all time high during the childbearing years, more specifically when with child. Dreams are more vivid and hormones make us more sensitive and intuitive. Drawing, sculpting, or painting during this time can be very helpful. You can work out your fears through drawings and work out your hopes and dreams as well. Art is therapeutic. Even if you think you aren't good, you should still try it. You can draw symbols instead of people. Moons, suns, stars, the earth are all symbolic of birth, life and growth.
